Reporting Guide

This guide has been prepared to help you define reports using third party ODBC reporting tools.

The tables are individually listed in the Tables Category which describes the tables and their content, while how to access the additional fields which may have been added to the various forms is discussed in Reporting on Additional Fields.

The Tables

The tables which are reportable on are listed in the Reporting Guide Category. These tables are displayed in sections that include; a list of the columns, and a list of any other tables which are connected to, or reference this table.

In the following section the text may be further identified with the following typographical key:

• Dark Red - The Primary Key and Short Code for the table.
• Dark Red Italics - Fields that refer to other tables.
• Dark Blue Italics - Fields that are de-normalized.
• Dark Blue - ‘Normal’ fields.

The following Entity Relationship Diagrams are also available for the assyst 9 SP4 release:

• Event
• CMDB

These PDF diagrams are available from the Customer Area of the Axios Systems website, so if you are not currently logged on to this area you will be required to do so.
