assyst Dashboard is an extension of assyst that provides live reporting using BIRT technology. BIRT is an open source reporting tool based on Eclipse focused on Java and J2EE - for further details see:

The assyst Dashboard feature offers the following benefits:

• Offers concise visual display of key assyst data.
• Provides summaries and warnings of current business conditions.
• Single source of information derived from multiple reports.
• Fully integrated, i.e. allows click-through to actual event monitor in the application.
• Ability to drill down into sub-reports.
• Can be personalized, e.g. choice of reports and, thresholds, refresh rate, language.
• Non-assyst data can be displayed alongside.
• Comes with starter pack of over 20 Dashboard reports including Percentage of Incidents resolved within SLA and Health of :*Critical Services.
• Configurable refresh rate.

To show the capabilities of the integration of BIRT in the assyst Dashboard a number Starter Reports have been supplied with the assyst.
