assyst Enterprise Web Edition is a suite of two complementary products which interact with the established assyst Enterprise.

assyst Web Client provides IT Service personnel the ability to interact anywhere utilizing their usual working methods. While assystNET allows end users to interact with assyst’s Incidents, Changes Problems and Tasks.

In addition, assystConnect, a licensed Java-based application, enables assyst Web Enterprise Edition to be integrated into an enterprise architecture.
